Undergraduate or master’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Thai
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to break down and solve challenging problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
Ability to work in a organized manner

Identify value creation opportunities in each client
Lead project team(s) to effectively address client needs and navigate complex challenges
Break down project tasks into smaller action items and clearly assign distinct responsibilities to individual team members
Crafted a tailored solution in collaboration with clients, guiding them through the entire process from research and analysis to recommendations and implementation, ensuring key stakeholders’ commitment to the recommended strategies and implementation plans
Ensure project team(s) delivers the highest quality of outputs
Offer mentorship and coaching for team members, providing regular performance feedback
Contribute to key firm-building initiatives, including knowledge building in, training, and recruiting

MBA or advanced degree in related field is preferred
5+ years of business management or consulting experience with demonstrated career progression to a Senior Management level
Demonstrated exceptional team management skills.
Deep expertise in a specific industry
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, agile methodologies, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing and sales
Articulate and compelling written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Thai & capable of effectively communicating complex ideas
